Service call for ac not cooling or heating. Diagnosed hvac unit and found a bad thermostat. Advised customer thermostat needed replacement. Replaced honeywell thermostat and started hvac unit. Both ac and heating are running good at this time. Unit is dirty and I suggest performing Preventive Maintenance on HVAC unit.
